2026 Model Year — All-New Platform
Can-Am's ground-up redesign of the Defender, built around a new 999cc inline-triple Rotax ACE engine, a new pDrive/QRS-X CVT, upgraded suspension, and a reworked cab with a 10.25-in. touchscreen — Can-Am's most capable Defender yet.
Shop Defender HD11 For SaleThe HD11 is built around an all-new 999cc inline three-cylinder Rotax ACE engine, producing 95 hp and 70 lb-ft of torque — a meaningful step up from the Gen 1 Defender's V-twin. Power runs through a new CVT paired with a pDrive primary clutch and QRS-X secondary, engineered to improve low-speed power delivery and put power to the ground more effectively. Three selectable drive modes — Normal, Work, and Sport — let the driver match throttle and transmission response to the task at hand, and a new high-airflow intake and updated cooling system support both the engine and the cab's HVAC system.
